John is a Study Coordinator at the Center for the Study of Traumatic Stress (CSTS). He graduated from Shippensburg University in December 2021 with a B.A. in Psychology and French. At Shippensburg, he worked on several papers and presentations related to the efforts of publication outlets in the field of Psychology to curb the replication crisis, as well as a study on the influence of sub-disciplines on how academic psychologists pursue different types of research and acquire tenure and grants. John graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023 with an M.S. in Behavioral and Decision Sciences, where he worked both as a teacher's assistant for Dr. Edward Royzman, and as an intern at Penn's Center for Weight and Eating Disorders. He has a particular interest in clinical psychology, linguistics, and the powers of music on the mind, and hopes to pursue a doctorate in clinical psychology further down the line.
