Joshua Ruff is the Senior Finance Program Manager for the Center. He has been with the Center since December 2020. His career at the Henry Jackson Foundation started at headquarters in the Finance Department as a Senior Treasury Analyst. After two years he transferred to the Military HIV Program as a Senior Financial Analyst. After six months with the program, he became the clinical and clinical trials financial lead overseeing a portfolio totaling over $30M. After two years supporting the program, he transitioned as a Consultant supporting the Defense Health Agency’s Research Program Administration Division. He is currently seeking a graduate degree in business with a concentration in accounting.
