Olivia Farmer brings extensive experience in military family support, crisis intervention, and program management. She joins us from the U.S. Army Reserve Family Programs, where she served as the Family Program Director, leading strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery for military families across Virginia and West Virginia.
With a deep commitment to advocacy and support, Olivia has also contributed to the Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program as a Victim Advocate, providing critical resources and guidance to service members and their families. Her expertise extends to case management in acute psychiatric settings, where she oversaw the improvement of care coordination and intervention protocols.
Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Texas Tech University, where she specialized in collaborative care interventions within healthcare settings.
Her multidisciplinary background and experience providing support to the military community has fueled her passion for advancing initiatives and programs that strengthen service members and family resilience.
