Dr. Lindsey L. Monteith is a Clinical Research Psychologist in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Rocky Mountain Mental Illness Research, Education and Clinical Center for Suicide Prevention. She is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in the Departments of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Psychiatry, and is an affiliate of the Firearm Injury Prevention Initiative. Her research focuses on Veteran suicide prevention, with an emphasis on women Veterans, survivors of interpersonal violence, and Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Veterans.
